Extruder changes direction automatically (no replies)

Hi, I hope someone can help me with the following problem. I am using a Bigtreetech SKR PRO v1.1 board with TMC2208 drivers and Marlin 2.0.x. I used other firmware the bug fix, however they all have challenges. I am using the TMC2208 for all three axis and extruder . My X, Y and Z are working without problems, however the extruder is causing problems. When starting the print it turns opposite direction and makes a beep and stops working entirely. On other occasions it extrudes however just changes direction. Please see video: [youtu.be]

ANy assistance to get this resolved will the truly appreciated as I have been trying to resolve this for some time now.
